IONA Community Anglican Church: A church plant of the Anglican church in North America, worships together at St. Paul every Saturday at 4 pm.
Chuuk Logos Communiy Church:
A gathering of Chuukese Christians worships at St. Paul on Sundays at 2 pm.
Friends of the Carpenter is a Vancouver ministry serving those in need of community and support. They use woodworking to craft items and foster relationships, while helping individuals transition and connect with local congregations, all in the spirit of sharing the love of Jesus Christ.
Outsiders Inn: Outsiders Inn at St. Paul operates St. Paul Men’s Shelter. Outsiders Inn’s mission is “to lift people out of homelessness through advocacy, support, and resources while serving the community with integrity, transparency, and respect.” www.outsidersinn.org

The Council for the Homeless: Dedicated to helping everyone in Clark County have the opportunity for safe and affordable housing.
Friends in Service to Humanity (F.I.S.H.) is a group of concerned people providing food, clothing and other services to people in the community. Located at 906 Harney Street in Vancouver, 360-695-4903 they are open Monday–Friday 10am–3pm.
Winter Hospitality Overflow (W.H.O.) is a ministry serving the homeless in the Vancouver area. In partnership with local faith communities and service agencies, we provide shelter, meals, and support during the coldest months. Now in our seventh year, W.H.O. operates at St. Paul and St. Andrew Lutheran Churches and collaborates with Share, the Council for the Homeless, and over 30 local faith communities.

St. Paul Lutheran Church is part of the Southwestern Washington Synod of the ELCA. The term “synod” means “a way together” and refers to one of sixty-five geographical groupings of congregations in the ELCA. The Southwestern Washington Synod includes 92 congregations from Federal Way to the Washington-Oregon border and from the Cascades to the Pacific Ocean. It supports congregations and leaders by offering resources, guidance, and oversight for congregational life.
